GPT Image 2.5 提示词，先抄这两套：棚拍人像 / 户外自然光
提示词太长就失控？先砍细节，最后才动光线和取景
大多数人写 GPT Image 2.5，还在堆「电影感、氛围感、超写实」
模型听得懂的不是情绪词，是四件事：在哪、是谁、光怎么走、不要什么
下面这两套不是官方原文，也不是搬运。结构跟官方四段对齐，句子是我按官方原则重写的：photorealistic 放第一句、intended use 写清、质感落到具体部位、排除项单独收口
先给骨架和删减顺序，再给两套最常用的：单灯棚拍、户外自然光。练手从 A 开始
通用四层，每套都一样：
① 参数行 → 走 API，不写进 prompt
② SCENE 场景 → 在哪、什么时间、空间里有什么
③ SUBJECT 主体 → 谁、什么状态、在做什么、看哪里
④ DETAILS 细节 → 光线、质感、色彩、介质、取景
⑤ CONSTRAINTS → 保留什么、排除什么
太长时按这个砍，别从头删：
- 先砍 DETAILS 里最不重要的两项（通常是色彩结构、前景遮挡）
- 再砍 SCENE 里的次要道具
- 最后才动光线和取景——这两个砍了就失控
参数三件套两套通用，单独放，别塞进英文段落：

用途：干净、可控、情绪克制。最稳的一套，适合练手。

collar, fingers visible and relaxed. Looking toward the light, not at the camera.
DETAILS
Sunlight comes from behind and above, broken into patches by the leaves. The
patches fall across her shoulder and the side of her face, never across her eyes.
Where the light lands it is bright but not blown; where it does not land the
shadow is open and readable, filled by the bright bounce coming off the pale
ground. No artificial light.
A warm colour structure: the pale green of the leaves, the neutral beige of the
linen, and the warm skin tone. Nothing else carries saturated colour.
Shot like a 35mm film photograph: soft highlight roll-off, fine grain, slightly
muted contrast, no digital clarity.
Visible pore texture. A restrained sheen only where the light patches land; the
rest of the face stays matte. Faint freckles across the nose bridge. Stray hair
lifted by a light breeze, not styled into place.
Medium-telephoto look: the background pulled close and flattened. Camera at chest
height, a few metres away. She stands on the right third.
Foreground leaves may blur across the bottom corner of the frame.
CONSTRAINTS

quality = medium这套为什么稳，对照官方原则：
- photorealistic 放第一句
- for editorial use = intended use
- 毛孔、高光落点、颧骨阴影写到具体部位，不写「质感很好」
- no fill light, no reflector 是排除项，不是气氛
- 焦段写成可见结果（背景被拉近压平），距离写成取景事实（2.5 米、视线高度）
- 负面约束放最后收口

用途：有斑驳光、有环境、有生活感。
三处比「斑驳光影」管用：
- never across her eyes：光斑打进眼睛，是户外人像废片第一因
- filled by the bright bounce coming off the pale ground：不写这句，树荫暗部会发青发脏
- where the light lands / where it does not land：两个从句把光斑边界说死
配你的户外成图。
改人物时只动 SUBJECT：年龄、服饰、手、视线。SCENE 和光线逻辑先别动。

SUBJECT

DETAILS
A single large soft light at 45 degrees camera-left is the only light in the
scene. Soft light with a gradual shadow edge. One third of her right cheek falls
into shadow and still holds detail. No fill light, no reflector.
Bright highlights that are not blown out; deep shadows that still hold texture.
The full range of tone is readable, from deep shadow to bright highlight.
Visible pore texture across the forehead, cheeks and nose. A restrained sheen on
the forehead, nose bridge and nose tip only; the cheeks and jaw stay more matte.
The highlight never merges into one continuous band across the face.
Fine film grain, smooth tonal transitions, no digital sharpening halo.
